Massini Group is committed to respecting your privacy. Once you choose to provide personally identifiable information, it will only be used in the context of your customer relationship with Massini Group. Massini Group uses your information to better understand client needs and continuously improve the level of service provided. Massini Group will not give, sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others unless required by law or your prior permission is obtained.
Safe Harbor Policy
Massini Group follows the privacy principles sets forth by the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Program with respect to transfers of personal data from the members of the European Union.
Notice: Massini Group, acting as a ‘Processor on Behalf’ on its customer does not own or control any of the information it processes on behalf of Massini Group's customer. All such information is owned and controlled by Massini Group's customer.
Choice: Massini Group will offer consumers the opportunity to opt-out through a clear and conspicuous process.
Onward Transfer: Any data processed by Massini Group will not be further disclosed to third parties except where permitted or required by law, the client processing contract or Safe Harbor.
Access: Consumers may request personal data related to them through the Massini Group client providing the data.
Security: Massini Group has put in place appropriate procedures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Data Integrity: Massini Group will not process personal data in a manner other than the purposes of the client processing contract. Massini Group takes reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
